Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a building material having strong adhesion and a high anti-fouling property wherein a primer layer having good adhesion is applied to an energy beam curing type topcoat. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet or decorative material has a printed pattern layer using a printing ink composition, a primer layer containing a resin having a double bond and containing a resin having an elongation of dried film after curing by UV ray of 50% or more and an energy beam curing type topcoat formed on a substrate in this order. The above ink composition is an aqueous ink composition and further a cross-linking agent is contained. An acid value of an aqueous resin in the above aqueous ink composition is 10-300 mgKOH/g and an amount of a functional group of the curing agent is 0.01-0.50 times of an amount of an acid group of the above aqueous resin.
