PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a packaging laminated material which can reduce the production cost by making efficient operation/application/work of a whole packaging system possible and reducing energy and materials by divertingly using a part of a different packaging system. SOLUTION: The method of producing the web-like laminated material for a packaging container comprising a substrate layer and a heat-sealable inner layer, is characterised in that a gas containing oxygen is introduced into a silver vapor atmosphere, a web-like substrate film is transported into the atmosphere to form a thin metallic silver film on the surface of the substrate film, the silver film is oxidized to be converted into a thin silver oxide film, a thin silver oxide film forming substrate film is extracted from the atmosphere to obtain a web-like substrate layer, the heat-sealable inner layer is laminated on the inner surface of the web-like substrate layer, a container design is printed on the outer surface of the web-like substrate layer, and thermoplastic layers or support layers are formed on the outer surface and inner surface of the web-like substrate layer.
