Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a contract electric power by improving a load peak. SOLUTION: AC Power generated by a private generation source 301 is supplied to a thermal load 305 and a power load 307. AC Power from a commercial system 303 is converted into a DC power using an AC/DC converter 300, which is stored in a battery 302. The DC power of the battery 302 is converted into AC power using an I/C converter 304, which is supplied to the power load 307 or the thermal load 305. Otherwise, the AC power from the private generation source 301 is converted into DC power and then accumulated in the battery 302. During this process, when the peak of the load occurs, a controller 306 increases both the DC power outputted from the battery 302 and the AC power outputted from the generator.
