PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system in which provision of information on a service and a service reservation are simplified for both of a service provider and a service user. SOLUTION: An information provision server 1 is provided with: a means for receiving contents information indicative of the contents of the services provided by a plurality of service providers 20 respectively; a means for calculating a publication fee charged to each of the plurality of service providers 20 in response to the contents information and then outputting publication fee charging information indicative of the publication fee; a member management database 11 including member attribute information on a member 40; a means for selecting recommended contents information from the contents information in accordance with the member attribute information and then transmitting the contents information provided to the member to a member terminal 4; a means for receiving member reservation information for reserving the service from the member terminal 4; and a means for generating and outputting margin information indicative of a margin refunded to each of the plurality of service providers in accordance with the member reservation information.
