PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof device having a structure for preventing the unexpected displacement of a stopper rubber, in the vibration-proof device comprising the stopper rubber in a clearance A between inner and outer cylinders, and exercising the vibration damping function by the collision of the stopper rubber and the inner cylinder.
