Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment method of an inclination angle in which the inclination angle of a recording head body can be easily adjusted and is high in the adjustment precision, and to provide an adjustment mechanism of an inclination angle. SOLUTION: The adjustment mechanism of the inclination angle is configured to rotate the recording head body 14 about a guide shaft 16. The adjustment mechanism includes a jig setting process of setting an inclination angle adjustment fixture 70 above a reference plane 11a, an axial direction movement process of moving the recording head body 14 to be opposed to the inclination angle adjustment fixture 70, a lifting process of moving the recording head body 14 up or down to a preliminarily measured height position, a fixation releasing process of releasing a fixed state of the inclination angle of the recording head body 14 before and after or simultaneously with the lifting process, a butting detection process of detecting the presence or absence of butting of the recording head body 14 against a butting part 71a, and an inclination angle fixing process of making the inclination angle of the recording head body 14 the fixed state to the guide shaft 16 on the basis of a butting state detected in the butting detection process between the butting part 71a and the recording head body 14.
