Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll bond panel manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a roll bond panel with excellent compressive strength. SOLUTION: In the roll bond panel manufacturing method comprising a step of forming a bonded part in a part without interposing a compression bonding preventive agent by bonding two metal plates with a compression bonding preventive agent interposed therebetween with a predetermined pattern, and a step of forming a swollen tubular part by swelling the metal plates by introducing the fluid pressure in a non-bonding part with compression bonding preventive agent interposed therebetween, the metal plates are swollen by peeling and expanding the bonded part when the swollen tubular part is formed.
