Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wettable pavement system, putting the paving surface in the wet condition to prevent the surface from being dried, restraining a rise of the ground surface temperature, and supplying steady quantity of water in a wide range using a natural phenomenon without power of a pump or the like to expect the certainty. SOLUTION: The paving surface is formed by a water retaining concrete board body 23, a water conveyance layer 16 is formed below it, and dew condensation water from a dew condensation water collecting device 19 can be forced to flow down in the water conveyance layer 16. The dew condensation water collecting device 19 is composed of a water storing part including a water tank or a gutter 17 as a channel, and a catch part formed by a hood 18.
