Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement sensor which can prevent constituent components from being damaged by avoiding application of a large load to the constituent components, even when a large quantity of displacement occurs instantaneously. SOLUTION: A detector 15 is formed of a wire 13 connected to a reed screen spring 11 and a variable resistor 14. A displacement quantity sensor 17 is formed of a buffer 16 which attached to the detector 15 and the variable resistor 14 to a sheet frame 10. The buffer 16 has a hinge 30 for coupling the sheet frame 10 to the variable resistor 14; the hinge 30 has a fixed blade 31 fixed to the sheet frame 10, and a movable blade 32 fixed to the side of the variable resistor 14; and these fixed blade 31 and the movable blade 32 are openably coupled via an axial pin 33. As the opening/closing control mechanism of the hinge 30, a constant-load/constant-torque spring unit 34 is installed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
