Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot plate superior in uniform temperature distribution, start time, power consumption, and temperature efficiency. SOLUTION: The hot plate which comprises a flat heater composed of a metal foil having an electrically insulated heat resistant coating layer, a heating plate heated by the flat heater, and a support plate supporting the opposite side of the heater plate side. At least two flat heaters are made into a laminated structure, and the heating plate is adhered and fixed to the laminated structure.
