Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent exhausting technique of produced water capable of stably exhausting water in a cell of a polymer electrolyte fuel cell for a long period of time at low cost, and enabling the fuel cell to scarcely suffer from degradation of an output or efficiency even if it is operated under a high output condition. SOLUTION: Provided are the fuel cell with a fuel cell part including a polymer electrolyte film and electrodes arranged at its both ends structured by including further a porous film layer of thermoplastic resin arranged in contact with the fuel cell part, and the porous film of thermoplastic resin usable for it. The porous film of thermoplastic resin is to be given a hydrophilic or water-repellent treatment as a desirable state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
