Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress lowering of color purity by preventing dopants in a long wavelength luminescent layer from rounding into the interface of a shorter wavelength luminescent layer and a charge transporting layer, in an organic EL panel formed by repeatedly disposing luminescent layers having different luminescent colors on a plane. SOLUTION: In this organic EL panel S1, a positive electrode 20, an electron hole injection layer 30, a hole transporting layer 40, a luminescent layer 50, an electron transporting layer 60, and a negative electrode 70 are laminated one by one, and the luminescent layer 50 is formed by repeatedly disposing a plurality of luminescent layers 51, 52, 53 having different luminescent colors on the plane. The luminescent layer 50 and two or more layers containing at least one charge transporting layer of both charge transporting layers of the hole transporting layer 40 and the electron transporting layer 60 are separated and formed into deposition films for every region of each luminescent color.
