Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently execute multi-address transmission. SOLUTION: A display control part 201 controls a display part 202 and displays a folder, and a folder selection instruction accepting part 203 accepts the selection instruction of the displayed folder, and a mail transmitting part 204 transmits a mail to a mail address stored in the folder selected according to the accepted selection instruction. Thus, it is possible to select the displayed folder, and to set the mail address under the control of the folder to the transmission destination without selecting each mail address.
