PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a price reflected with quality of electric power, in a system for controlling the price for power supply to an electric power line of a distributed type power source. SOLUTION: An electric power quality evaluating part 3 evaluates the quality of the electric power, based on electric information (a voltage and a current of the electric power supplied from the distributed power source) measured by an electric information measuring part 2. An electric power quality money amount calculating part 4 calculates a power quality money amount of a charge for the electric power in which the electric power quality (power factor, unbalanced rate and distortion factor) is taken into account, based on the evaluated electric power quality. An electric power quality information notifying part transmits information about the quality of the electric power to a terminal of an operator of the distributed electric power source.
