SOLUTION: This system installed outside the container, and including the level gage for confirming the position of the level of the liquid in the container has a means for blocking the container from the level gage, and a means for making a washing fluid flow into an inside of the level gage. Steam or the like is mentioned as the washing fluid in a preferable concrete example, when confirming visually the position of the level of the liquid in the container from outside.
