PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device suitable for gas measurement or the like utilizing a color reaction of a liquid reagent. SOLUTION: This measuring device is equipped with a measuring part equipped with an upper airtight chamber 407 having the open bottom face, and rotor plates 601-603 for rotating a filter unit 200 having the open upper face relatively to the measuring part. The rotor plates 601-603 moves the filter unit 200 from the origin position where the upper face of the filter unit 200 is exposed to a measuring position where the airtight chamber 407 and the filter unit 200 forms integrally an airtight chamber, and the measuring part optically measures the color reaction in the airtight chamber formed on the measuring position. The rotor plates 601-603 are arranged on the rotary plate support surface, and the filter unit 200 is moved in the vertical direction by overlapping a projection part 314 formed on the rotary plate support surface on a projection part 610 formed on the bottom surface of the rotor plate 603.
