Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a property information registration method and a property information registration device, capable of facilitating registration of property information by supporting the registration of the property information executed by a registrant. SOLUTION: This property information registration method registers the property information into a system 200 using the property information, by use of a computer 100. The property information registration method has: a retrieval stage wherein the computer 100 searches a property additional information storage means 140 by using at least one part of property basic information inputted from the registrant as a retrieval key; and a registration stage wherein the computer 100 registers the property basic information inputted from the registrant and property additional information retrieved from the property additional information storage means 140 as the property information.
