Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser spectral analyzer structured to have a fixed restrictor on the intake port side of a gas cell and to have a vacuum regulator and an auxiliary tank on the exhaust port side thereof, for performing sample measurement with high accuracy on a trace constituent in the gas cell, and performing sample change in a short period of time when measuring various samples in order while changing them. SOLUTION: This laser spectral analyzer performs spectral measurement by sucking a sample to be measured into the gas cell and by irradiating a laser beam to the sample sucked into the gas cell. This analyzer is equipped with the fixed restrictor on a gas intake portion of the gas cell, is equipped with a pressure control means for controlling a pressure on a gas exhaust portion, and equipped with a valve whose opening/closing can be set from the exterior on the intake portion having the fixed restrictor.
