SOLUTION: This heating device comprises a blower fan 16 mounted on a back face of a main body, a burner 11 for vaporizing and burning the fuel, a combustion cylinder 12 covering the burner and having an opening part 12a on its upper part, a duct 14 covering the combustion cylinder, mixing the indoor air from the blower fan and a combustion gas, and forming a hot air passage 14a, a first blowout port 15 for discharging the hot air from the duct into a room, and a second blowout port 17 formed on an upper part with respect to the first blowout port and communicated with the duct.
