Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody decorative sheet which is excellent in appearance developing excellent transparency and wetly glossy surface brightness and does not release a harmful volatile organic substance. SOLUTION: A woody thin plate 1 of 0.15-3.0 mm thickness is impregnated with a non-yellowing or yellowing resistant moisture curing type urethane hot melt resin of high transparency indicating light transmittance of at least 70% when cured to be 100 μm in thickness, and the resin is cured. A backing sheet 3 of a fibrous sheet is stuck on the back of the thin plate 1, and similarly to the urethane hot melt resin, a solventless coating layer 2 is stuck on the surface.
