Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a resin coated wire material capable of forming a resin layer uniform in thickness on the outer peripheral surface of a wire material while smoothly moving the wire material. SOLUTION: The wire material 52 introduced from an inlet 102 is moved in the direction shown by an arrow C through an inlet side moving passage 110 and an outlet side moving passage 120 while a resin 90 flows in the direction shown by an arrow F from a resin passage 80 to flow in the inlet side moving passage 110 and the outlet side moving passage 120 at the same time from a resin flow inlet 124. The resin 90 flowing in the outlet side moving passage 120 flows in the direction shown by an arrow G to cover the outer peripheral surface of the wire material 52. The resin 90 flowing in the inlet side moving passage 110 flows through a third moving passage 113 in the direction shown by an arrow H to go toward a second moving passage 112. The resin 90 flowing through the third moving passage 113 and the second moving passage 112 flows so as to rub the outer peripheral surface of the wire material 52. The resin 90 flowing through a first moving passage 111 flows so as to rub the outer peripheral surface of the wire material 52 to be discharged from the inlet 102. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
