Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from entering many organic EL devices on an organic EL substrate, to improve mechanical strength as a flat-surface display, and to improve heat dissipation generated in the organic EL device and electrical conductivity of a conductive layer. SOLUTION: This organic EL device is a sealing structure body of a laminated structure wherein a filling material is filled between an organic EL substrate 401 having a pixel area part 202 wherein many organic EL devices are disposed on a glass substrate 101 and drawing wiring 204 and a sealing plate 116. In the filling material, a drying agent and metallic fine particles for giving electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity are distributedly held. With this constitution, infiltration of water to the organic EL device is prevented, the mechanical strength is secured, and the thermal conductivity and the electrical conductivity are improved.
