Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an opening implement of a manhole cover by which the manhole cover firmly stuck to the frame side with rust, adhesive, etc. can be easily opened. SOLUTION: A fixing part (20) fixing to the cover hole (31) of a manhole cover (30) is provided at the lower part of a holder (11). A shock hammer (25) having a handle (28) in the holder (11) is formed to be vertically slidable.
