SOLUTION: This multilayer laminate has a layer (A) constituted of an ionomer resin or a composition of the ionomer resin and other thermoplastic resins and a layer (B) constituted of a silane modified olefin resin or a composition of the silane modified olefin resin and an ethylene polymer.
