Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked type electronic component and a spraying device which can be prevented from being damaged at the time of driving, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the stacked type electronic component which can improve the manufacturing yield of the body of an element. SOLUTION: The stacked type electronic component comprises the body 31 of an element made by stacking a piezoelectric body 27 and an internal electrode 29 alternately and simultaneously burning the piezoelectric bodies 27 and the internal electrodes 29, and external electrodes 33 which are formed on opposite side faces of the body 31 of an element and to which the internal electrodes 29 are alternately connected. One end of each internal electrode 29 is electrically connected to the external electrode 33 while the other end is insulated from the external electrode 33 by means of a porous insulator 40.
