Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chiller device capable of quickly making a refrigerant temperature of each load-side circuit to follow each set temperature in cooling a plurality of loads. SOLUTION: A pure water refrigerant bypass channel 30 of a child chiller device ch1 is mounted just before a control valve 32 to return the pure water refrigerant just before being supplied to the load-side circuit C31. The pure refrigerant not passing through the control valve 32 is returned to a main tank 25a through a pure water refrigerant bypass channel 30 and a pure water refrigerant return channel 12b. Further the cooling water bypass channel 35 is mounted just before a control valve 37 to return the cooling water just before being supplied to the load-side circuit C31. The cooling water not passing through the control valve 37 is returned to an outdoor cooling unit 10 through a cooling water bypass channel 35, a branched cooling water returning channel 15c and a cooling water returning channel 11b.
