Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing useful live bacteria included in a coating from dying with bile after a pharmaceutical preparation coated with an enteric coating is dissolved in the small intestine, and surely releasing and proliferating the useful live bacteria after the useful live bacteria reach the large intestine. SOLUTION: A composition composed of the useful live bacteria powder and a compound adsorbing the bile selected from the group consisting of beet fibers, chitosan and active carbon is coated with the enteric coating. Thereby, a large intestine-delivering pharmaceutical preparation making the useful live bacteria in a live state pass through gastric acid and bile in the small intestine and proliferate in the large intestine is obtained.
