Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for supplying dehumidified air and a humidity regulating system using the apparatus capable of a long-time use without maintenance due to a simple structure which does not utilize a driving part and a sliding part. SOLUTION: A method for supplying dehumidified air is to sequentially arrange one of a pair of blowers 203a and 203b, one of a pair of adsorption elements 101a and 101b, a heating element 105 in a duct 201 having opening parts 201a and 201b at both ends and to arrange the other of the pair of adsorption elements 101a and 101b, and the other of the pair of blowers 203a and 203b. Arranging a blow-off direction of the pair of blowers 203a and 203b respectively to the heating element 105 and inverting the blowing direction by switching the operation of the blowers 203a and 203b at every prescribed time with a switching means 208, dehumidified air is serially produced by switching moisture adsorption and regeneration of the adsorption elements 101a and 101b and a part of the dehumidified air is supplied to a humidity regulating space from supply part 206 by a pressure difference between the inner duct and the outer duct.
