Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection circuit of a sensor device capable of preventing an active element provided on an output stage from malfunctioning by a high frequency noise and static electricity. SOLUTION: This circuit is equipped with series-connected inductances 24, 25 for connecting the output stage of a load sensor 13 equipped with a PNP transistor 17 to a signal output terminal CN3, and a capacitor 26 having one end connected to a connection part C4 of the inductances 24, 25 and the earthed other end. The circuit is also equipped with series-connected inductances 27, 28 for connecting the output stage of the load sensor 13 to a signal output terminal CN2, and a capacitor 29 having one end connected to a connection part C5 of the inductances 27, 28 and the other end grounded. The circuit is also equipped with bipolar Zener diodes 31, 32 for connecting the connection part C4 of the inductances 24, 25 to the connection part C5 of the inductances 27, 28.
