Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conform one second or less of fractionalized time (the number of fractionalization) with a rated frequency in an early stage in two detection stations synchronized with one second information of a GPS to synchronize times, in the two detection stations in the early stage (instantaneously), for example, even in 0.1 μs unit. SOLUTION: A time base 10 has a quartz oscillator 9 for transmitting a clock pulse and a precision correction means 13, and connects the quartz oscillator 9 and a GPS receiver 8 for transmitting one second pulse to the precision correction means 13, and the correction means 13 conforms the one second or less of fractionalized time (the number of fractionalization) with the rated frequency in the early stage in the two detection stations synchronized with the one second information of the GPS to synchronize the times in the two detection stations in the early stage (instantaneously), for example, even in 0.1μs unit, by counting the number of the clock pulses for one second, by comparing the rated frequency of the quartz oscillator 9 with a counted value, and by transmitting a control signal for vibrating the quartz oscillator 9 at the rated frequency, based on a numerical value difference in the comparison.
