SOLUTION: The stirrer is equipped with: the revolving shaft 22; the plurality of stirring blades 231 spreading in radial directions from the revolving shaft 22; and a plate 252 extending outward in the radial directions of the blades 231 and extending in the vertical direction without crossing the revolving paths of the blades.
