Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical transmission circuit capable of maintaining the output value of optical transmission at a constant level despite characteristic deterioration caused by the secular change of a light emitting device and transmitting a stable optical signal without deteriorating an extinction ratio. SOLUTION: Optical signal output values at the high level and low level of a light emitting device 10 are received by a photodetector 80, are preliminarily correlated to the ambient temperature of the light emitting device 10 so that each of the optical signal output values stays constant regardless of the ambient temperature of the light emitting device 10, and are stored as output value conversion data in a storing part 51. A bias current signal and a modulation current signal to be inputted to the light emitting device LD 10 by feedback control are generated on the basis of the output value conversion data.
