Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injectable preparation containing ozagrel or its pharmacologically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This injectable preparation contains ozagrel expressed by formula (1) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt as an active ingredient, and is provided by filling its solution adjusted to have pH 7-9, preferably pH 7.5-9, more preferably 7.7-8.7 into a plastic container. The method for preserving the injectable preparation containing ozagrel or its pharmacologically acceptable salt as the active ingredient is provided by adjusting pH of its solution at 7-9, preferably 7.5-9, more preferably 7.7-8.7 and preserving in a plastic container.
