Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling device capable of greatly reducing an adhesion of stored content to a seal part of a container. SOLUTION: This filling device 10 comprises a tank 12 including stored contents to be filled in a container 14; and a filling nozzle 16 suspended down from the tank 12 to fill the stored content flowed from the tank 12 into the container 14. Further, in the filling device 10 an umbrella like skirt 18 provided in the periphery of the lower end opening 22 of the filling nozzle 16, and having such a size and a shape as those capable of being inserted into an opening end 24 of the container 14 when the stored content is filled, and an air releasing passage 20 arranged in the skirt 18 to discharge air in the container 14 out of the container 14 without directly being passed on the opening end 26 when the stored content is filled of the container are provided.
