Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant volume filling method capable of substantially reducing an adhesion of contents to a container seal part. SOLUTION: This constant volume filling method performs a constant volume filling of contents including some solid materials into a filled container 14. Then, at a discharging step (S12) in this filling method, an outer piston 28 is descended and the outer piston 28 is stopped under a state in which a slight amount of contents is left in a metering chamber 24 while keeping a predetermined space between the lower end 52 of the outer piston and an inside bottom part 54 of the metering chamber when the contents in the metering chamber 24 is pushed into an inner cylinder through an inlet or outlet 26. An inner piston 30 is descended down over the stopped outer piston 28 so as to complete the filling of the contents to the filled container 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
