Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary nozzle for electrostatic coating for coating a coating material on a coating matter, especially the rotary nozzle for electrostatic coating for coating the coating material on the coating matter by uniformly misting the coating material and concentrically diffusing and spraying, while maintaining a static balance at a high speed rotation for a long time period, and a production method therefor. SOLUTION: A nozzle body 1 having a U-shaped cross section is formed by a resin composition comprising 60% polyphenylenesulfide and 40% glass filler. The whole surface of the formed nozzle body is coated with a Tama paste E (R) as a paste 31, and baked to form a conductive film 3. The heat resistance of the formed conductive film is 285°C.
