Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive roller which can prevent a strip coated by an adhesive from unwinding, and an adhesive cleaner using the adhesive roller. SOLUTION: This adhesive roller (12) has an adhesive roller (10) which has a tubular and cylindrical shape core (24) not shorter than 15.24 cm made of paperboard and a plurality of slender strips (26). Each strip (26) has a lining (28) and adhesive coating (30) applied on one side of the lining. Each strip (26) has a parallelogram shape and a surface area substantially equal to or slightly larger than the outer periphery surface area of the core. The strips (26) are successively wound around the core in a spiral pattern in a state in which adhesive layers (48) are directed outward, to form a continuous layer around the core by the strips.
