Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an alignment processing more easily when a COG type liquid crystal display device is inspected. SOLUTION: A first substrate on which an IC chip is mounted has a part 20 where respective wirings 13A and 13B are disposed to be parallel to each other in a terminal region positioned on the outer side of a seal 6 and when the pitch between the two wirings the nearest to the part 20 is defined as a base pitch (a distance P), the pitches between wirings are specified to be integral multiples of the base pitch.
