Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a service provider to make a service call for repair or the like of remote equipment on the basis of a set of data stored in a center side related to soundness or a state of the equipment. SOLUTION: In this architecture, a center side system (10) for communicating with at least one remote side equipment monitor (11) collecting operational data concerning the remote side equipment is provided. The center side system includes a data transfer system (18) configured such that the data transfer system (18) receives the operational data from at least one remote place side equipment monitor (11). The center side system (10) includes an operational data access system (12) receiving the operational data from the data transfer system (18), and storing the operational data in a data storage unit (13). The center side system (10) also includes a notification distribution system (26) receiving data based on the operational data, and distributing the data to a destination according to a prescribed schedule.
