SOLUTION: This governor device 7 for a fuel injection pump for use in the engine for the generator is so formed that a bearing 23 of a control lever shaft 22 interlockedly connected to a control rack for the fuel injection pump has an eccentric structure and the outside of the governor device 1 is provided with an operation part (regulation lever 24) quantitatively changing the circumferential angle of the bearing 23.
