Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition which can be fired at a low temperature of ≤1,000°C and has excellent piezoelectric characteristics and high heat resistance. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic composition contains a main component expressed by compositional formula: Pba(ZrbTicMndNeeSbf)O3+δ (wherein, 0.970≤a≤1.030, 0.440≤b≤0.520, 0.440≤c≤0.520, 0.0083≤d≤0.0233, 0.0067≤e≤0.0333, and 0.0033≤f≤0.0333, b+c+d+e+f=1, and δ=(2a+4b+4c+2d+5e+5f)×0.5-3) and, as sub-components, CuO, MgO and WO3. When the molar amounts of CuO, MgO and WO3per 1 mol of the main component are set to be g mol, h mol, and i mol, respectively, g, h, and i each satisfy following range: 0.0041≤g≤0.0819, 0.0081≤h≤0.0808, and 0.0014≤i≤0.0140.
