Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly prepare a microarray, in particular, a DNA microarray validated in an industrial production scale with excellent cost efficiency. SOLUTION: A system in the present invention has at least one or more of device(s) designed to input information about a target molecule analyzed by the microarray, one device designed to determine a probe molecule interactive with the target molecule potentially based on the information about the analyzed target molecule, one lay-out providing device, one probe molecule synthesizing device designed for ex-situ synthesis for the probe molecule, and a microarray providing device designed to apply the probe molecule to a support body.
