Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw-discharging and transporting apparatus which can improve the trouble of a conventional straw-discharging and transporting apparatus whose straw-discharging frame used for supporting an upper cover for covering the upper side of the apparatus is supported on a threshing portion and has a large weight for strengthening the frame structure of the threshing portion. SOLUTION: This straw-discharging and transporting apparatus for receiving discharging straws threshed with a thresher 12 on a feed chain 9 and then transporting the received discharging straws to a discharging straw-treating apparatus 17 is characterized by separately forming an upper cover 60 for covering the upper side of the straw-discharging and transporting apparatus and a threshing chamber cover 61 for covering the upper side of the thresher and rotatably supporting a straw-discharging frame 40 for supporting the upper cover 60 on a support frame 62 for supporting a grain tank 13 and an auger 15 on the side opposite to the feed chain.
