PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a earthquake-resisting wall having construction property in a simple structure and a construction method of the earthquake-resisting wall structure. SOLUTION: The structure 1 formed of a Rahmen structure constituted of reinforced concrete poles 2 and large beams 4 has the earthquake-resisting wall 6 arranged to interconnect the pair of poles 2 in the crossing direction with the large beams 4. Concrete rough surfaces 6a are formed at a height position adjacent to panel zones 17 with the large beams 4 on both side surfaces of the earthquake-resisting wall 6, for integrating the earthquake-resisting wall 6 with the large beams 4 without projecting the reinforcement for joint or the like generally used in a connection part. The earthquake-resisting wall 6 is provided with wall beams 11 for interconnecting the pair of poles 2, and its height position is disposed under the top ends of the pair of poles 2.
