PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an axial width in a sealing device is needed for a slinger, as the slinger is assembled in a shaft inserted into an inner ring member in a state that a clearance for a labyrinth having a specific axial clearance is formed with respect to an outer lip mounted on a seal circular body. SOLUTION: The sealing device 14 is composed of a first annular sealing body 15 assembled in a first mounting recessed part of an outer ring member and a second annular sealing body 16 assembled in a second mounting recessed part 13 of an opposite peripheral face end part of the inner ring member 3, so that the sealing device can be accommodated in the axial width of the rolling bearing. Further an intermediate part 21 and an inner diameter part 20 are positioned on axial inner and outer parts to each other by forming a stepped part 22 on a core metal 17 of the first sealing body 15, whereby a fourth labyrinth sealing part 40 is formed between a side face part 29 of an elastic seal body 18 of the first sealing body 15 and a side face of a bent part 30 of the second sealing body 16, and the necessary sealing performance can be secured.
