SOLUTION: A drier body 3 is provided with a heating element 59, and a minus ion generating electrode 71 arranged outside a blower device 49. The minus ions are emitted by the minus ion generating electrode 71 during the hot air operation and during the cool air operation of the blower device 49 performed after the stopping of the operation till the completion of drying.
