SOLUTION: An emergency key mechanism 4 is provided with a storage body 21 which is disposed in a vehicle compartment and stores a portable device, and a movable cover 22 structured so as to conceal the storage body 21. The emergency key mechanism 4 includes an emergency key control part for controlling a conveyance mechanism which automatically delivers the portable device from the storage body 21, provided that the movable cover 22 is operated so that the storage part 21 may be exposed from the concealed state with an engine stopped.
