PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work press-bonding apparatus which is miniaturized as a whole and certainly bonds a work w under pressure. SOLUTION: The work press-bonding apparatus 10 is equipped with a pair of sprockets 11a and 11b, the chain 12 trained over a pair of the sprockets 11a and 11b, work receivers 14 provided to the chain elements 12a of the chain 12 and press head fixtures 15. The press head fixtures 15 have press heads 15a at their leading ends and, when the chain elements 12a are present in the vicinity of a pair of the sprockets 11a and 11b, each of them is separated from the work receiver 14 of the adjacent chain element 12a. When the chain elements 12a are present between a pair of the sprockets 11a and 11b, each of the press head fixtures 15 bonds the work w between the adjacent chain element 12a and the work receiver 14.
