Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which various proteins can be immobilized and they strongly immobilize to a carrier. SOLUTION: A protein immobilization method includes a first process for activating a reactive group in an immobilization carrier with the reactive group having covalent bonding to the immobilized protein with a tag and a second process for reacting a solution containing the immobilized protein to the immobilization carrier after the first process. In the second process, the protein is immobilized to the immobilization carrier through an interaction between the tag and a tag bonding region of the immobilization carrier and the covalent bonding between the reactive group and the protein.
