Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling blowing-out unit for a vehicle air conditioner in which conditioned air is blown out from a wide range of a ceiling part of a compartment easily in a relative uniform manner. SOLUTION: This ceiling blowing-out unit comprises an air passage 12 formed along a compartment ceiling part so as to cause conditioned air to be blown from an air conditioner unit, a three-dimensional aeration structure 14 arranged inside the air passage 12 so as to form a three-dimensional aeration shape, and many air blowing-out ports 15 opened at the lower surface of the air passage 12 so as to blow out the conditioned air to the inner lower part of the compartment.
